The simple yoga postures and flows that we will be doing can help you become more mindful of your posture so that you minimize excess pressure on your spine, and they will also help correct any damage already done. This is our quest, and we have to look it straight in the eye, fearlessly, and take the necessary action steps to reach our goal.
